    Some publication that I don’t read: NC 4th best state for business

    Chief Executive magazine says that North Carolina the 4th best state for business in 2019, one spot lower than last year.  Texas, Florida, and Tennessee are the top three states.  Illinois, New York, and California are the bottom three.
