    George, you’re right about the difficulty of pointing out the unseen benefits ? manifold to millions but small and mundane, however far greater in the aggregate than the one big, noticeable money grab in D.C. (or Raleigh). But it seems to me it takes rhetorical skill to fudge the issues…
