The North Carolina Department of Public Instruction released the final average daily membership (ADM) counts for the 2020-21 school year. With that figure published, we can determine the enrollment market shares for the pandemic school year.
The district market share dropped from 79.2% in 2019-20 to 76.6% in 2020-21.
