The North Carolina Association of Educators (NCAE) sent a letter to Gov. Cooper, imploring him to “take immediate and significant executive action to again
curb community spread of this virus until such time that infection rates are again under control.”

Curiously, NCAE leaders fail to identify what constitutes a “significant” executive action.  In other words, what exactly do they want Cooper to do?  Why don’t they specify their desired actions in the letter?

It’s a weak-kneed letter, given that they believe that “immediate action is necessary to save lives.”
