Lest anyone think coronavirus means the end of civilization as we know it, there is comforting news* from down Interstate 40—the Housing Authority of Winston-Salem received a $30 million grant “designed to bring improvements to an area in eastern Winston-Salem stretching from 25th Street to the Innovation Quarter downtown.”
