In “Slaying Goliath: The Passionate Resistance to Privatization and the Fight to Save America’s Public Schools,” Diane Ravitch calls the John Locke Foundation (and other free-market groups) “disrupters.” That is flattering. We are disrupters of the status quo that she champions.
