Oh the irony–Kavanaugh as liberal swing vote in N.C. gerrymandering case

By now you’ve probably heard that Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh–the (understatement) controversial Trump appointee—sided with the court’s liberal wing in the antitrust case against Apple over the App Store’s pricing.

Which got me thinking–how ironic it would be if Kavanaugh was the liberal swing vote in North Carolina’s gerrymandering case, which the court heard earlier this year. Remember–Kavanaugh would not even be on the court if more than a few nuts people had their way.
