Do the Rulings Show Partisanship on the NC Supreme Court?

The North Carolina Supreme Court is comprised of four registered Democrats and three registered Republicans. But does that mean the high court’s rulings show partisanship? Mitch Kokai, John Locke Foundation senior political analyst, and former N.C. Appeals Court Judge Edward Greene discuss the prospects of a partisan split among N.C. Supreme Court justices in the case of Cooper v. Berger.
