Cooper, N.C. leaders support ‘Robin Hood in reverse’ incentives policies

North Carolina’s targeted tax incentives programs act as a kind of “Robin Hood in reverse.” They rob the poor and the middle class to benefit corporations. Gov. Roy Cooper supports these policies, despite repeated campaign statements opposing “corporate tax giveaways.”
