The Guilford County Board of Commissioners finally has the proposed downtown High Point stadium on its agenda. At Thursday night’s meeting, commissioners will schedule the public hearing for High Point’s tax increment financing proposal, which HP officials hope will be for the Sept. 21 meeting. Included in the agenda packet is the stadium lease overview (PDF). Four key words keep appearing: “assumed,” “preliminary,” and “estimated” and “projected.”
