Video game consoles — including Xbox One, Nintendo Wii and Playstation 4 — are now available for check out and play at Appalachian State’s Belk Library. . . .
“It is helping them learn how to use gaming in their educational experience,” [ASU Dean of Libraries Joyce] Ogburn said. “Some of our faculty in the library work with gaming. We know that other faculty on campus are teaching with gaming in their methodologies.”
