The Pope Center for Higher Education Policy invited Baylor University President Kenneth Starr to help answer that question Thursday evening in Cary. Starr and University of North Carolina Board of Governors Chairman Peter Hans outlined some key educational challenges facing today’s universities, then took questions, during a 95-minute program.
