Many of us know that free enterprise and free markets have lifted millions out of poverty, putting them on the road to self sufficiency, pursuit of dreams, and creation of legacy wealth for children and families. That’s why economic growth is a moral issue, a point the American Enterprise Institute makes brilliantly. And thus, I believe that allowing people to stagnate in poverty and unemployment via misguided economic policies is immoral.
