Henderson County residents are invited to stop by the Fletcher Branch of the Henderson County Public Library (120 Library Road off of U.S. 25 in Fletcher) from 6-7 p.m. Monday to voice their opinions on an initiative to create new greenways and river access points along the French Broad River in the county.
