Our countrymen suffer fr0m so many “illusions of hope.”
Let’s hope that the national debt will just go away.
Let’s hope that $1 trillion in deficit spending will not cause any harm.
Let’s hope that politicians will reform entitlements.
Let’s hope that the next president will really change how Washington works. Etc.
