There’s been a lot of talk about jobs lately.  Jobs, job creation and economic recovery will be the key issue discussed and debated during the upcoming state-wide elections.  As always, JLF will be in middle of that discussion with a detailed plan and comprehensive ideas for real economic recovery.

In the meantime, the candidates’ guide Agenda 2010 discusses key issues, four of which pave the way for economic recovery, business growth and job creation.

In short, the most effective way to get the economy moving, businesses growing and people back to work is to

1) reform the tax system so that it is fair, revenue neutral (or better yet, lower taxes) and transparent

2) create fertile ground for business growth with good schools, infrastructure, and use state resources only for core function of government,

3) reform regulatory burden to get government out of the way so the free market can work, and

4) keep energy costs low and the supply reliable.
