The economic crisis has left the United States at a crossroads between policies that favor increased government intervention and those that allow for increased market freedom.

That’s the theme Peter Frank pursued today during his presentation to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society. Frank is the Jesse Helms Center’s Free Enterprise Fellow and director of Wingate University’s BB&T Program on the Moral Foundations of Free Enterprise.
