Dome reports that former state Transportation Board member Thomas Betts Jr., who resigned from the board in the wake of the Randy Parton Theatre fiasco, is part of Gov. Bev Perdue’s fundraising team.

Betts’ name was listed last week on the agenda for a meeting of “Team Perdue,” the inner-circle of the governor’s 2012 reelection campaign.
