Charlie Gasparino says that former BAC CEO Ken Lewis has turned down a settlement overture from NY AG Andrew Cuomo on civil securities fraud charges Cuomo lodged against Lewis.
Lewis, it seems, well and truly wants to go to trial. Pop some popcorn, that would be a hoot.
