The name “Blackwater” has hit the headlines quite often in recent years, mostly because of complaints from critics of the North Carolina-based military security firm.
But people attending today’s John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society meeting heard another story today: the story of Blackwater’s role as a business that fits well with the surrounding community near Moyock.
