Vermont town would arrest Bush, Cheney (unless they’re nude)?

In the news:

Brattleboro residents will vote at town meeting on whether President George Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney should be indicted and arrested for war crimes, perjury or obstruction of justice if they ever step foot in Vermont.

Brattleboro last made national news for proudly allowing nudity, which wasn’t regarded as much of a problem by town elders when it was teenagers congregating in the buff, but the policy suddenly became problematic when

a senior citizen from Arizona strolled through the center of town wearing only a waist pack and sandals.
