Sandra Anderson Groat changes her mind about four-year terms for city council members:
Groat said there’s enough controversy in the city with the scandal within the Greensboro Police Department.
“My bottom line is we don’t need to invite controversy,” she said. “And I think this would create a measure of controversy.”
Aw hell, go ahead and invite some more controversy. It gives people something to talk about.
