If you can follow this N&R article on stricter state math test standards, you’re smarter than I am.
I’m certainly not faulting Jennifer Fernandez’ reporting. I give her credit for keeping up with the maze of standards and test scores on both the national and state levels.
Personally, I’m down with this Winston-Salem Journal editorial:
