U.S. District Court Judge Terrence Boyle is ticked that prosecutors and defense attorneys have returned today with the same plea agreement (i.e., slap on the wrist) for Garey Ballance that Boyle rejected last October.
Just what are Garey, and his dad Frank, saying to “cooperate with federal authorities,” as other news accounts have attested? Must be worthwhile stuff.
