I added another to my list of ?Alexander the Great? moments Thursday morning. As my six-year-old Alex and I were riding to his school, I was flipping around the radio dial and caught the end of a National Public Radio report on the latest hotel bombing in Iraq. The last lines of the story were something to the effect that ?Saddam Hussein?s two sons were killed months ago during a firefight with coalition forces.?

Then a funeral-like musical bridge came on. It really did sound like a dirge.

?Daddy,? my son asked. ?Why are they playing sad music? Weren?t those the bad guys??
