Though it’s received little attention, an electromagnetic pulse attack could end up killing nine out of 10 Americans. The Heritage Foundation’s top foreign and defense policy expert delivered that warning to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.

James Carafano wrapped his comments around the presentation of the movie “33 Minutes: Protecting America in the New Missile Age.” That movie references the EMP, which could destroy the American electrical grid and leave the nation powerless.
