A few weeks ago, I posted a Department of Public Instruction (DPI) graph of state budget trends from 2009 to present. It suggested that there was a $27 increase in state per pupil expenditure from the last school year to the current one.
DPI analysts published a revised graph today that shows a per pupil increase of $164 per student over the last year. That’s a big difference.
