A national cable television audience will learn about American conservative heroes Sunday night, when C-SPAN2’s “Book TV” airs Raleigh author Garland Tucker’s recent discussion about his latest book during a John Locke Foundation luncheon.

The program airs at 11 p.m. Sunday on C-SPAN2.

Tucker’s Conservative Heroes profiles 14 men — from Jefferson to Reagan — who helped shape America. In a CarolinaJournal.tv video clip from the June 29 speech, Tucker notes key conservative concepts that motivated the subjects of his book.
