In réponse to the Senate’s tax relief package announced today, Patrick Gleason with Americans for Tax Reform over at Forbes reviews the plan and finishes with this:
Expect a lot of handwringing and misinformation from liberal commentators in the coming days and weeks about the good economic news coming out of North Carolina and the new tax relief plan put forth by senate Republicans. The reason for their angst and desperation to deceive is, as John Locke Foundation chairman John Hood succinctly put it, “they agree with their right-of-center counterparts that North Carolina has become a national symbol of conservative policy reform and Republican political success.”
