Kansas Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer, a physician and former Kansas legislator; Alan Levine of the Mountain States Health Alliance, who served as health adviser to both former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and current Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal; and Christie Herrera, senior fellow at the Florida-based Foundation for Government Accountability, served as panelists for a John Locke Foundation event aimed at legislators.
