• The prospects of expanding Medicaid under Obamacare may have taken a hit Tuesday. Rep. Nelson Dollar, R-Wake, the lead heath care policy maker in the state House, suggested that Congress was likely to make changes to the Affordable Care Act, so there was little reason for the 2015 General Assembly to rush in. Senate leaders already have rejected expansion, though Gov. Pat McCrory has signaled some sympathy for it.
