Economist tackles the ‘empathy problem’ for Duke University Hayek Lecture

Empathy is not effective enough on its own to ensure that people will make the best decisions in a free-market society. Economist David Rose of the University of Missouri-St. Louis explains why in a presentation for Duke University’s Hayek Lecture Series.
