The North Carolina FreeEnterprise Foundation spends much of its time analyzing trends that are likely to influence statewide elections. Executive director Joe Stewart offered some updates and insights about the 2014 electoral season during a luncheon speech to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
