Sad to think that Greensboro Economic Development Alliance director Dan Lynch sacrificed his vacation and Thanksgiving holiday to prepare the bid for Boeing’s 777x airliner pretty much knowing that a) it was ‘too large, too soon’ for PTIA and b)Boeing was bluffing to get the machinists union to settle.
Kinda like the City of Greensboro bending over backwards offering a company incentives to move downtown only to have the company ‘no thanks.’
