More than a quarter-century after economist Thomas Sowell wrote a book defining A Conflict of Visions, his ideas still can help us assess the fault lines in current political battles. That’s the idea Rick Henderson presented during a presentation today to the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society.
