Easy for me to say since I wasn’t on the boat, but I saw American spirit and fortitude when I read about passengers belting out ‘Sweet Home Alabama’ when the boat docked in Mobile after five days stranded at sea.
Dad the Liberal’s a big cruise guy –he just got back from Mexico himself, but I prefer the total freedom the automobile offers.
