Once upon a time, the Democrats were vociferously against the imperial presidency that could get us into war any place and at any time to protect “America’s interests.” Now, evidently, they’re all in the Cult of Obama and won’t voice any criticism or even ask possibly embarrassing questions. The Republicans will probably look for some “gotcha” moments, but most of them are also adherents to the imperial presidency notion.
