Stringham addressed the John Locke Foundation’s Shaftesbury Society in 2010 on the theme of economic freedom. Among the topics addressed during his speech and in an interview with Carolina Journal Radio/CarolinaJournal.tv was the link between economic freedom and policies emphasizing low tax rates and a lightened regulatory burden.
