According to an article in Huffpost Education,

Enrollment in Indiana’s school voucher program has more than doubled in the program’s second year, the state Department of Education announced Tuesday.

In the current 2012-2013 school year, 9,324 families signed up to participate in the Choice Scholarship Program, up from 3,919 last year.

Interestingly, state education superintendent Tony Bennett, one of the champions of the program, lost his reelection bid to the union-backed candidate Glenda Ritz.  Prior to the election, Ritz was one of the plaintiffs in a lawsuit against the voucher program.
