Judge Napolitano asks hard questions about Libya

In this column, Judge Andrew Napolitano asks some hard questions about the disaster in Libya — questions the mainstream press isn’t interested in — going back to the US operation to help eliminate Qaddafi’s government and replace it with a group of Islamicists. Keep in mind that Obama made that decision unilaterally and disregarded the War Powers Act in continuing American military involvement beyond 60 days. That shows both hubris and contempt for the rule of law.
