Kidz cant rite good
Last week, the U.S. Department of Education released results from the quinquennial National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) writing assessment. A nationally representative sample of eighth- and twelfth-grade students took the test in 2011. About a quarter of the sample earned a rating of “proficient” or higher.
