• The Republican Congressional Campaign Committee runs an ad linking Rouzer’s opponent, incumbent Democrat Mike McIntyre, to the Obama’s fiscal agenda.
• The North Carolina Democratic Party unveils its latest “puppet” video involving Pat McCrory and Mitt Romney.
