Moviegoers in North Carolina and across the country will soon see a new advertisement featuring America’s 40th president.
Americans for Prosperity unveils Friday the ad featuring “speeches from President Ronald Reagan about the importance of economic freedom to America’s prosperity and happiness,” according to an AFP news release.
“When people go to the movies tonight to see the latest blockbuster, they’ll hear President Reagan’s timeless reminder that our prosperity comes from economic freedom, not government,” explained Dallas Woodhouse, State Director of Americans for Prosperity (AFP) – North Carolina. “We know some people will be escaping to the movies to get away from the constant negative television advertising, and away from the miserable state of the economy. We know people will be uplifted and inspired by this ad that speaks to the heart of the American Dream and touches people of all backgrounds and philosophical leanings about the importance of economic freedom.”
The ad will run in Raleigh and Charlotte-area theaters.
