Federal meddling and the quality of medical care
The more of the former, the lower the latter, argues Dr. Constance Uribe in this op-ed.
She observes correctly that this meddling has been bipartisan. The Bush administration was bad and Obama’s worse, she argues.
This is the predictable result of politicization of anything. The Soviets politicized food and soon much of their food was of poor quality. We have politicized education and much of that is of poor quality.

“Federal meddling and the quality of medical care.”
Can you then explain the REST OF THE INDUSTRIALIZED WORLD, where health outcomes are as good as the US, yet we pay more and can’t provide everyone with insurance?
Are you saying our federal government, compared to the REST OF THE INDUSTRIALIZED WORLD, is so flawed that we are incapable of producing the same results?
You see the logical disconnect in your position George, don’t you?
PS Enough with the confounding references to the USSR.
