In his weekly newsletter today, Dr. Roy Cordato highlights two really interesting examples of highly exaggerated claims by the environmental establishment.

The first regards the North Carolina Division of Air Quality’s assertion that the 2002 Clean Smokestacks Bill is responsible for recent dramatic decreases in mercury emissions.  Are those claims accurate?  Possibly, but DAQ definitely hasn’t proven its case.

And the second is about arctic sea ice which, despite apocalyptic forecasts over recent years, is still there.  It hasn’t all melted due to out-of-control climate change.  In fact, not even close.
