JLF launches new Carolina Cronyism series, focuses first individual report on film tax incentives
UPDATED to reflect new information:
Just as Gov. Beverly Perdue has signed a bill from this year’s legislative session to extend North Carolina’s film tax credits, the John Locke Foundation is releasing a new report panning film incentives as an example of cronyism.
Report author Jon Sanders has paired his film incentive report with a larger study of the recent history of cronyism in the state. Together the two reports launch a new Carolina Cronyism series. Learn more here and by watching Jon Sanders in the video clip below.
