Surprisingly, this article gets a lot of things right:

Scalia is sometimes a judicial activist? Check.

Scalia went against his own judicial philosophy by voting against Obamacare? Check.

Scalia thinks it is well within the bounds of the constitution to tax? Check.

Roberts decision was correct. Check.

Obamacare was built on conservative principles and proven to be constitutional by conservative ideals? Check.

It would seem to me that radical conservatives are so obsessed with the mythological boogie man that is the federal government that you only see aggression in one way: The Feds against Us.

In reality, the real aggression occurs when people without insurance impose on the rest of us in society when they make emergency room visits to treat whatever ails them. We are forced to pick up their tab. We are forced to pay more in insurance because 30 million choose to wing it.

The ACA seeks to level the playing field and decrease the aggression by making people pay their own way. If they choose not to do it, they pay a tax. Why this simple idea ruffles radical conservative’s feathers I don’t know.

Oh wait, I do know: Because radical conservatives cannot exist in a world that is not black and white, good and evil, us against them. Shades of meaning, nuances and compromise are the aggressors to your political philosophy.
