National Journal names recent JLF Polk Award winner the most conservative member of the N.C. House delegation

In just her second year in Congress, Rep. Renee Ellmers, R-2nd District, has claimed the top spot in National Journal‘s rankings of the most conservative members of the state’s delegation to Washington.

The John Locke Foundation recently honored Ellmers with a 2012 James Knox Polk Award for leadership in public office. Click play below to hear what Ellmers had to say about the honor.
