American Enterprise blogger James Pethokoukis suggests five books Mitt Romney and Barack Obama ought to read to get a grip on economics. He says that the list could easily grow to 50 and he’s right.

I would add Murray Rothbard’s Power and Market, Henry Hazlitt’s Economics in One Lesson, and for a current book on the harm of rampant crony capitalism, Tim Carney’s Obamanomics.

What would you like to see them read?
