#20. Charlotte, N.C.

MSA: Charlotte-Gastonia-Concord, NC-SC
Housing Affordability: 68.5%
Unemployment Rate: 10.5%
Median Salary (for college grads): $58,200
Cost-of-Living: 96

By far, California and Florida had the most cities on the list.  Los Angeles came in first, followed by Fresno and Miami.
